Thank you for initiating your registration! For security reasons the process will be executed step-by-step:
- To create a Log In, please provide your personal data by filling out the fields below and submit the request. You will immediately receive an automatic reply by email asking you to confirm the details for your profile
- After you confirm your profile, you will receive an additional email within two working days with a link for you to complete the registration process using your username and password. Please use the username and password you provided when creating your Log In.
- Please activate the link embedded in this email, which will ask you to provide additional administrative details (it is possible to change the entries later). In response to the submission, you will receive a reply by email within 2 work days confirming your Registration. Please activate the link embedded in this email for downloading your invoice and for making the payment (Options: Credit Card, PayPal, or immediate payment). You will receive an email confirming payment.
After creating your Log In, you will have access to additional organizational details to include event addresses, bus schedules and pick-up points, the most up-to-date agenda, and hotel/military accommodation reservation instructions. To access this information, please click on the “User access” tab.
