Combined Maritime Operations – Annual Discipline Conference 2026 (MarOps ADC 26) & Maritime Enterprise Advisory Board Working Group I-2026 (MEAB WG I-26)
In accordance with the Global Programming battle rhythm, the MarOps ADC 26 will be conducted residentially on the premises of the Centre of Excellence for Operations in Confined and Shallow Waters (COE CSW), located at the German Naval Base Kiel, from 24 March (morning) to 25 March (noon) 2026.
The COE CSW as the assigned Department Head for the MarOps discipline will lead the ADC with support from HQ MARCOM N7 under the guidance of Headquarters Supreme Allied Command Transformation / Multi Domain Force Development (HQ SACT MDFD).
The Community of Interest (CoI) at the MarOps ADC 26 will capture and synchronize existing and emerging Education and Individual Training requirements along with Collective Training & Exercise opportunities that contribute to enhancing Alliance capabilities.
As agreed with MARCOM N5 representatives, this event will be conducted in combination with the Maritime Enterprise Advisory Board Working Group I-2026 (MEAB WG I-26) from 25 March (noon) to 26 March 2026.
The Maritime MEAB WG is the standing working group of the Maritime Enterprise Advisory Board (MEAB), providing a forum for collaboration at staff officer level and feeding the MEAB with maritime recommendations and inputs as directed.
Both meetings are aimed at largely the same target audience (NATO & National) N or J 3/5/7 officers and will therefore be held back-to-back at the same venue. It is recommended to attend both meetings to take advantage of the opportunity to discuss overlapping topics and common interests in one go. You may, of course, choose to attend only one of the meetings.
