On 13 December, the Navy staff officers of the DEU General Staff Course from the DEU Command and Staff College (Führungsakademie der Bundeswehr) in Hamburg visited the COE CSW. As a part of the course’s curriculum and embedded in a respective seminar, a range of presentations held by COE CSW Subject Matter Experts offered insights into several aspects of NATO doctrine development, standardisation and exercise planning, exemplified through different projects and activities of the COE CSW’s portfolio. Upcoming questions were themed within Q&A sessions and during the group lunch, after which the course returned to Hamburg.
